Powers:
*Vampire(Elder): They have all the mental abilities available. To control another human's will, to read into their thoughts without the need of drinking the blood. However, they are starting to lose their sanity at this point in their life, blood lust driving them mostly now. Dissaparating is stronger. They can perform this at least 100 miles from one destinationt to the other.
Appearance: Kaya, like her brother Tico, has black hair with purple tips. Strands fall on either side of her face, the rest tied back to a ponytail that end at her shoulders. Her eyes are also the same blood red color. Her skin is pale and deathly white.
Her clothes consists of elegant designs that drape over her skin like silk. Half the time you wonder why she even bothers, as she likes to let most of her skin remain bare.
Kaya is covered in scars, caused by Hiran. Pink slashes cover her arms, chest, neck, legs... But there is one horrific scar that isn't shown to the public. Though her shirt is a bit showy, she makes sure it cuts off right above her belly button, for under it lies a black scar. It reached up to her chest.
History: Kaya used to live with her father, her mother died in labor. They weren't rich, but they were happy. She was growing into a fine young lady, and the Ancient saw it. Sad thing is, they were part of the Neutral lands.. but that never stopped the crazy Ancient. For some reason he chose her.. and brought hell to her life.
She saw her father die before her own eyes, his blood all over Hiran's hands and face. He took her, bit her.. and burned down her home.
When he brought her back to his home, he gave her a rose, black in color... Then he changed her.. She was so confused, no idea what was going on, or what the black rose meant.. but when she had pierced her skin with its thorns, she was his... (That's his standards)
He tried to force himself on her, but she refused, kicking and screaming, trying to push him off.... He became irritated.. and grabbed a knife. This knife has a big part of the Hran family. It has all their blood in it, an old power Hiran used to hurt his children should he ever get angry with them. It hurts like a thousand deaths, and the wounds never heal should it be used on the ones whose blood was made with it. The first scar is the most horrifying.
With a long slash up her chest, Kaya screamed out in terror at its pain.. A few days later, it started to heal.. but instead of the usual pink, it turned darker and darker, a long, knotty, black scar.. Kaya learned that day to not make this Ancient mad, for he can do worse than leave a brutal scar like that on her.
She is pretty much his vampire slave, doing his dirty work, his social companion.. But she refuses to be his bed mate.. It is one thing she'll die refusing to do. No after everything she had been through with him. He still uses the knife on her, but mostly out of boredom...
Kaya does have some freedom though, and runs a Bar/Club in the Dark lands. It is open to all races of the Dark, though she isn't a fan of werewolves.. even though they always insist on coming in there anyway.
And she's always trying to find a way to fight for freedom from Hiran.. and anyone who is willing to help her will be one of her most trusted companions.
Personality: Despite her brutal history, Kaya is a spunky and scheming vampiress. She has a smile than enchants the most disgruntled men, and with her ability to dance, she is able to seduce many. She is a very loving vampiress, though dangerous at times.. She isn't afraid to bite you.
She hates her brother, Tico, just as much as he hates her. While she hates him for always following Hiran's orders without hesitation, he hates her for being his bloodline.. he was the chosen one, not her... Everytime the two see eachother, a battle breaks out, and Tico is usually the one getting punished by Hiran for hurting his precious Black Rose.
